A friend dropped of a dozen fresh eggs from her chickens and a quart of fresh picked huckleberries. My raspberry plants were going nuts to this seemed like the perfect solution.

Raspberry Huckleberry Clafouti Recipe

Yield: 8 servings

3 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
2/3 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp salt
1 cups raspberries
1 cup huckleberries

Beat the eggs in the small bowl of an electric mixer until foamy. Add the remaining ingredients except the raspberries. Beat on low speed until smooth. Pour the batter into a buttered 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle the berries on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving
